2006 - MUTUAL MINISTRY TEAM REPORT - BOB MCELWAIN

The Mutual Ministry Team was begun in 2002.   The team is designed to be a sounding board for employees as well as a place for members of the congregation to bring concerns about those who work for the church.   Since the beginning, information has been collected and retained as part of a personnel file on church employees.   Those interviewed have included the church secretary, financial secretary, custodian, Pastor(s), and now the youth leader.   Meetings with these people are held several times a year for evaluations and an airing of concerns on the part of the staff.   The team is consulted by the budget team prior to recommendations for next year's salaries.  Update In Process.
