Staff
Teachers
are required to have a minimum of two years of college with 6 hours
directly related to child development, and the Director is required
to have a minimum of two years of college with 18 hours directly
related to child development and all assistants must have a high
school diploma or GED. All staff are required to complete
15 hours of continuing education per year. All staff are required
to complete background checks as well. The Staff are dedicated
to guiding each child with love and understanding staff our school.
The Pre-School Program is administered by The American Lutheran
Church/Board.
